Young Parents Programs are aimed at assisting young parents (parents who are under 25 years of age), their partners and their children through various projects, outreach and information and referral services. The programs also assist young people who are expecting a child and those whose children are in foster care. The Young Parents Programs currently incorporate the Munchkins Play Group Program and the PPOSSIBLEE Program.
