The Get Set For Work Program, funded
by the Queensland Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, is designed for disengaged young people aged between
15 and 17 years old. The aim of the program is to provide
participants with skills that will enable them to engage in
further training or employment opportunities available in the
local region. The program cooperates with Ingham State High School,
Gilroy Santa Maria Catholic College, Hinchinbrook Shire Council,
Mungalla Aboriginal Corporation, Australian Agricultural
Corporation and other local organisations.
